How to change the data source for pivot tables based on "This workbooks data model"?

Hi,

I have a workbook with many pivot tables which I do not want to re-create. The pivot tables are using the workbooks model as a data source.

This means the change data source option is greyed out. Is there a way to change the data source for these pivot tables.
