Hi Everyone,

I am trying to build a Job Consultancy dashboard from unstructured pattern to structure pattern, to simplify the process.

This is how it should work:
If I fill-in Criteria cells like Job Title, Location, Single Date (or) Start Date+End Date I should get the count of how many recruiters are working on a particular job title, candidates #, candidates status (Active, New Lead, Hired, Not Interested), candidates process stage in Employer column / Employee column (Waiting for Feedback, Document Submission, Joining On, Rejected, Interview Scheduled, Hold, Not Lifting).

Formula not working:
=IFERROR(1/(1/COUNTIFS(Today Date Range, Start Date Criteria, Today Date Range, End Date Criteria, Status Column Range, Status List Criteria, Employer Column Range, Employer List Criteria, Employee Column Range, Employee List Criteria, Job Title Column Range, Job Title Criteria, Company Column Range, Company Cell Criteria, Location Column Range, Location Cell Criteria, Recruiter Column Range, Recruiter Cell Criteria)))

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Have you fill in ALL the criteria?
The COUNTIFS function uses AND-relations. So ALL the criteria must be TRUE. A blank criteria results to FALSE!
Are the ranges simular? The number of cells need to be the seem!
When testing formulas you beter can leave the ISERROR function. Without this function you can beter test formulas.
