Hi All,

I have a P&L report , the date is in row , and colume 1 is all the variable .

date..... jan .... feb ....
sales....123.....432....
exp.......23......23....
profit.....100....400...

I like to convert it to following :-

date...sales...exp...profit.
jan.....123......23.....100
feb-----432......23.....400

Hope some one can share with me how to use code or formula to do this.

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.

You can transpose the data like this:

Select your range, Ctrl-C to copy.
Right click the cell you want to copy it to, choose Paste Special.
Check Transpose.
(Note: You can not Transpose to a cell with-in the source range.)
