How to create a Client Database using Excel with all reminders, event dates, anniversary reminders ect

I'm Subhankar. I'm new to this forum. Can any one tell me how to create a contact calender for my clients. I've to contact them in evry months for various purpose like :- Birthday, Anniversary, Events, ect. So kindly suggest me from where I can down load a sample format freely.
