how to create a folio printing dependable number

I need to create a file with a priinting copies dependable number ( a folio ) in a file to identify only one number to an crated hard fomat that every time that printed is changed to the actual one increasing by 1 in each of the printed copies.

AFAIK Excel does not have that feature. You can fake it with vba though:
