Hello,
I have searched everywhere and I can't figure out how to create a formula for the following situation.
I have a series of values (or blank due to a new time not being achieved) in C2-K2. I need cell M2 to be the difference between the most recent cell with a value in C2 - K2 (C2-K2 are months in a year with their correlating times) and L2. L2 is a static value that I need to know how close we are to achieving that number (M2).

I hope this is understandable and thank you all very much in advance for any help you can give.

If I can clarify, please let me know.

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
To get the most recent cell value:
=LOOKUP(2,1/(C2:K2<>""),C2:Thank you for your help with this. This gets me part of the way there. I need M2 to be the difference between the value in L2 and the most recent cell value in C2-K2.

I need M2 to be the difference between the value in L2 and the LOWEST (these are times) cell value in C2-K2.
ex. M2=L2 - (lowest value in C2 through K2)
Thank you again for your help
