Hi, the macro i need to develop will extract data from an external software. That particular software is quite slow, so the problem i face is that the macro is performing too fast for the software. I thus need something to pause the macro for a few seconds, so i could extract updated values.

Any idea ?!

Thanks !

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Something like

Code:
Sub Wait_Awhile(iSeconds As Integer)
	Dim  waitTime
	'calculate the time to wait until
	waitTime = Now() + TimeSerial(0, 0, iSeconds)
	Application.Wait waitTime
End Sub
