How to create searchable dropdown list in excel 2007 without VBA?

I have large data sheet about 7000 rows..in column B for every cell I given data validation list (Large list about 300 entries) for each cell in column B. I want show matching value what I typed in cell for easyness.

suppose below is master list of datavalidation

Names

Shyam

Ram

Suresh

Sana

Veena

Sayan

Entry sheet is like below

Sr.No	Names
1

If I type "S" in B2 cell, it should pop up only name containing S letter', like Shyam, Suresh ,Sana, Sayan only.

sir , Can you help me? I want to edit the behavior of search delist. I would like it to stay in the same cell when an item in the menu has been selected. It proceeds to next cell when an option is selected. THank You.
