Hello Every one,

Please let me clarify about the nature of data on EXCEL SHEET which I wanted to display on Graph.
There are three columns in an Excel sheet each of them contains data.
In column 1 (Continent) there is only one row that is North America.
In column 2 (Country) there is only one row that is USA.
In column 3 (States) there are several rows like (Taxas, Kansas, NewYork etc).

Now I wanted that on a Graph, first the data from (Continent column) would display that is “North America”.
Then below the “North America”, the data from second column (Country) would display that is “USA”.
Then below the “USA”, all the data from third column (States) would display that are “Taxas, Kansas, etc”.

So that’s the scenario, which I wanted to display on Graph.

Your kind suggestions will be appreciated.

Kinds Regards

Sharbat

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.

well, that is why i asked if there was any numbers in column D? you need something to graph besides words. are there numbers associated with the states? are there other countries? if so, how do you choose them?

if numbers, are they percentages, totals?

check the bottom of this (or any) page for a link to Colo's HTML Maker. if you could post your data, we would be able to see what you are working with, and give you a more accurate description of our solution(s). i hope this helps. just post more specific data, and let us take it from there.
