How to extract specific number from a cell?

I am looking for help with regard to extracting numbers after specific texts and numbers

I have this time series and I would like to deal only with numbers between the multiple commas at the end, so that I have

Are there always EXACTLY three commas after the number you want, and then a single value (like 0)?
If so, then try something like this (for a value in cell A2):

=TRIM(LEFT(RIGHT(SUBSTITUTE(A2,",",REPT(" ",100)),400),100))
