How To Get County By Inputing City Or Zip

I need to convert a city or a zip code to a county. Do you know or have a file that includes every city or zip code in the US with the county on the same row? Would you be willing to share that file with me please?

Here's the project:

I'm creating a spreadsheet that if the user inputs a loan number, the address of the borrower is pulled in through a vlookup formula. But what I'm struggling with is finding a way to also display the county that the address is in. I hope you might have a file that has one of the following (I don't need both of the following)

1. all US cities and the county where that city is located
2. all US zip codes and the county where that zip is located

If you don't have that file, do you have a link to where I might download such data. I've Googled a lot of search terms and spent a good deal of time Googling with no luck.

Ron B, thank you very kindly. That's perfect. you're obviously a better googler than I am. I think I can probably figure out how to convert that *.txt format into an excel spreadsheet.
