You can use conditional formatting along with a custom formula.
Select the range of cells where you want to apply the formatting.
Go to the "Format" menu and select "Conditional formatting."
In the "Conditional format rules" panel on the right, choose "Custom formula is" as the format rules.
enter the following formula-> =COUNTIF($A$2:$A,A2)>1 (This formula checks if the count of the current cell (A2) in the range A2:A is greater than 1, indicating that it is a duplicate.)
Click on the "Formatting style" button to choose how you want to highlight the duplicates. You can change the background color, font color, or any other formatting options.
