How to highlight greter than values

Hi, in "A" cell time 6.00am "B" cell time is 5.50 its "ontime", if "B" value greter than "A" "Delay" Please apply formula for this

If "A1"= 6.00 "B1" should be =5.50 ten min is buffer, its ontime[/QUOTE
A question about your time notation.... are you saying 5.50 is how you write 50 minutes after 5 o'clock (as opposed to the standard method of writing it as 5:50)?
