How to insert a formula in a cell using VBA code? (or Button)

I want to insert a formula in a cell using vba codes
check this pictures because I can't express my problem in words.

Yoi will need to change the cells(in red) to suit your column

Sub MM1()
Dim r As Long, n As Integer
n = 1
For r = 11 To 16
Cells(r, 1).Formula = "=INDEX(A:A," & n & ",1)" 'currently refers to Col "A" or 1
n = n + 1
Next r
End Sub
