Hi, can anyone help me with this problem? The X-axis of my chart is based on the current date. So it changed for each day. I need to some how link the maximum of X-axis of my chart to the particular cell which have value of current date. So once I updated that cells, the chart is also updated. Is this can be done in EXCEL????? (Currently I have to change the maximum value of the X-axis of my charts manually which is really painful) Please give any suggestion. Thanks in advance

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.

How about:
1) Link the chart data to a dynamic name which will change and select the data for the current date
2) Link the chart to a fixed range, and have that range populated dynamically based on the date.

Neither of these require the chart to be altered each day.

Hi Tony,

Thanks for your comments. I also just found another way to do it. I download AutoChart add-in which is able to link the maximum or minimum of axis to cells.
