how to remove/delete header and footer in excel 2007

I accidentally clicked "insert" >> "header and footer" in my excel 2007 file. Now I'm not able to delete or remove that header and footer box. It says "click to add header"..

Click out of the header box. Then in the Ribbon, goto the View tab, and choose Normal.

Thank you. It is back to Normal when I select "normal view". But if I select "page layout view" again it shows the same "click to add header".
