How to show a Percentage Total, and COUNT of total in the same cell

Hi there.

I would like to know if it is possible for Excel to return two 'related' totals in the same cell (as a percentage and as a COUNT total)

I currently use the following formula which only returns the total percentage in a given range. Example : "=COUNTA(A2:A21)/ROWS(A2:A21)"

Attached is a mock up of what I wish to achieve.

If I understand correctly then maybe like below?

=COUNTA(A2:A21)/ROWS(A2:A21)%&"% / "&COUNTA(A2:A21)
