How to sort [data] to different column

I want to separate [number] part to next column,

A column
Stockholm [10]
Boden [32330]
Borlänge [1204]
Borås [332]


This is how i want it
A columnB column
Stockholm[10]
Boden[32330]
Borlänge[1204]
Borås[332]
