How to substract time of different dates

Starting time is 5:53:00, ending time is 6:01:30 the next day (only the starting date is actually written in a specific cell.

A1 cell: 22.07.2020
A2 Cell: 5:53:00
A3 Cell: 06:01:30


I would like to calculate the time difference between cell A2 and A3.

Any ideas?

Is it always going to be 1 day later? =A2-A3+1
