Hi, I searched a lot, but I couldn't find anything on the internet.
I have three columns in sheet1
Cars, Fruits, Cities
and down in the columns I have numbers that I need to add (SUM) in sheet2
I'm asking for some help, I just don't know what to add to make things happen to me.
Example:
in sheet 1 in column B6 - Cars
b7 - 5
b8 - 15
b9 - 5
total 25

in sheet 2 I choose in cell A5 - cars and in B5 it should show me 25
if in A5 I choose - Fruits, in B5 - it must show me the sum of the fruits, if I have chosen in A5 - Cities, in B5 respectively the sum of cities.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If there is something that is not clear, please ask me.

How about
=SUM(INDEX(Sheet1!A7:C20,,MATCH(A5,Sheet1!A6:C6,0)))
