how to use excel jeanie???

I downloaded and used my excel jeanie and test it and i am stock on the clipboard part, where i can see my selected cell in internet explorer

how can i use that in this forum???

Just come here, hold down CTRL and press V.

Thats short cut for pasting what i need to copy

Once Excel Jeanie gives the message "Copied to clipboard" the image is in the clipboard ready to be pasted.
