What is the syntax for me to use the listfillrange in the properties window to link to a workbook name book1.xlsb and named range called Table_lbr

Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
You can do this but it will only work if the other file is open

Excel Formula:
'book1.xlsb'!Table_lbr

If you need this to work when the other file is closed, create a new sheet (hidden if desired) that has a formula to reference this external file, then your ListFillRange can refer to that.

Please update your profile to give your version of Excel. The details of this solution will be different in 365 and later versions vs. old versions.
