How to use offset with named range

I have a sheet, where range f26:r26 is named as EBIT

Now, I am trying to get a YoY growth in EBIT

I tried using this

=EBIT/Offset(EBIT,0,-1) -1

However, it returns 0

Essentially, I need to refere a cell which is 1 column to the left

Any ideas?

Just be sure
1. to array enter it with Ctrl+Shift+Enter
2. select the whole range (F28:R28 in the above case) while committing the formula to the sheet to enter the formula into all the cells at once.

You can format the result cells as % with a couple of decimal places to see a more conventional growth figure.
