Hyperlinks

I am making a large family tree. Mine has its own sheet and my relatives have their own sheets. I am putting in hyperlinks so when I click on my uncles name it will take me to his sheet and show his tree and his kids/my cousins that are not in my tree. So, when you see uncle 'john Doe' on my tree you can click on it and it will take you to a new sheet titled 'John Doe' and show a family tree that is an off shoot of my family tree.

So, my question is... Is there a what that whenever 'John Doe' shows up on any sheet that it can be hyperlinked back to his sheet without having to get threw and make every individual link by hand?
