I created an excel workbook in excel 2003 and have updated it and saved in in excel 2010 (if that is any factor). I had not created any workbook security features in either version; however, when I try to add a blank worksheet or try to move a currect one, I get this meessage:
"The structure of the workbook has been locked to prevent unwaranted changes ...". Can anyone help.

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
You could try going to the Immediate window and typing:

ThisWorkbook.Unprotect [and then hit enter key]

This should unlock your workbook and allow you to do the things you mentioned.
