I am trying making banking program. I need help with it

I am try making banking register like check book register. I have OPEN BALANCE iN A2. I put amount . BALANCE IN E2 it keep track when I type in AMOUNT in whole column the start in C8 all down end of last cell in excel.

Click here for a sample file that I created to keep track of banking debits and credits. You can enter a starting balance in E1. When you click in column A, a calendar will pop up to select a date. Then you can enter a debit or credit and the balance will be automatically updated in column E. The sheet is protected with no password to prevent the formulas in column E from being deleted or changed. Try it out and see if it is helpful.

Could you upload a sheet that has data in it and an example of the answer you get.

All you show is an opening balance and 1 entry. I am guessing that at the bottom of the data you want to see the current balance, but that is totally a guess on my part. Let me know a little more about what you're trying to do.
