I need to run a report that could be run at anytime after the weeks end. The report needs to look at only the previous week. I can easily look at the last 5 days but if I run the report on a Wednesday it will just look back 5 days and not take in the previous week.
Any ideas out there in Excel land?
In SalesForce I can simply type Last Week but I don't think Excel is so accommodating.
Cheers John

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Today is 31 May 2014:

The formula =TODAY()-4-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),16)

will return Monday 26 May 2014 up to and including next Friday 6 June.

Saturday 7 June through Friday 13 June, it will return Monday 2 June.

The Friday end of the week obviously is +4 days on this date.

Is this what you wanted?

Thanks Stephen ... yes it is just what I wanted. Funny ironic as I just figured out a similar answer in a moment of clarity except I went for Friday and then -4 to get Monday.
Your timely response makes me feel a whole lot better about the solution unless we are both wrong :) Couldn't be possible of course. Cheers and thanks again. John
