i need help in time sheet

Hi i am using excel 2007 and having problem in my timesheet

on my first row is my starting shift like 7:55am

then on the second row is my ending shift like 5:20pm

then i need a formula on the 3rd row like 8.123 & "Hrs" something like that

then on the 4th row is like the whole number only like 8 & "Hrs"

please help me

this is the summary. lastly i need the formula on cells (G3 downward), F5, F12
and the formula in F49 and G49 on the grand total
