OK, so, I have created a timesheet for staff and I want to be able to apply hours to each funder (we have multiple funding). I also want to be able to select the funder from a dropdown box showing the funders name but I also would like the General Ledger code to come up so that it helps when I am posting the timesheets to our accounting software. Any recommendations on how to get not only the project name but the project code to appear at the same time?

Hi there,
Does each 'Funder' have a unique code, or can they use different codes from the 'General Ledger Codes'?

Unfortunately I do not know how to do them. I named both of the lists (Project Name) and the Project Code #'s.:(
