I posted this before and got an answer using filters but it just does not work for what I am looking to do to hide rows

I want to hide rows on the cover sheet tab
there are 195 Carriers

Are we to assume we are looking at columns A B C and D

And if column B has "y" you want that row Hidden? Is that correct?
And do you want the script to run when you press a button or when you enter a "y" in a cell in column B

And how do you plan to unhide the row?
