i submit reports to my boss formatted in a specific way. it has to be one page each time. ive created a page break in my template so that this one page is printed each time, however sometimes a couple lines are chopped off b/c of this. is there some way i can create an alert, or just have one of the irrelevant cells display a warning in red, if things arent fitting into the one page?

also related to printing, there are times where i want to scale the page to print a certain number of columns; i want it to print the max number of rows it can while maintaining the same print settings (i.e. not making things smaller to accomodate more rows). how would i do this, how would i choose the number of columns and not specify how many rows?
