I have a worksheet that has Icon Sets but I can't get them to match what I need.

I would like Cell A7 on the Icon Sheet tab to have an up arrow when A5 is greater than C4.
I would like Cell A7 on the Icon Sheet tab to have a dash when A5 and C4 are the same.
I would like Cell A7 on the Icon Sheet tab to have a down arrow when A7 is less than C4.

I cannot get the up arrow to work, it shows a dash. I'm sure I'm over thinking it and just need to think outside the box, but just can't seem to right now.

Please help.

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
In the conditional formatting.

Is there a better way to do this?
