I have a brain freeze and would welcome a little help please.

Cell B7 can either have a date or be blank
Cell I7 can either have a date or be blank
Cell J7 - I'm Trying to show either Open or Closed or ""

I am trying to get a formula in J7 that shows "Open" if B7 has a date or leave blank/ "" if no date but "Closed" if both B7 and I7 also has a date

ive played around with if(and and not getting right and latest nested is not coming up with right result

=IF(B7<>"",IF(I7<>"","OPEN","CLOSED""),"")

probably simple but i'm going round in circles and would appreciate a nudge as to where I am going wrong

regards
