If you could help with the formula real quick I’d appreciate it. In cell A1 I have a drop-down list of states example AZ, TX, NY, NJ. And sell A2 I have drop-down list with letters a BOO, TRX, ETC.
And cell A3 I needed to function as: if A1 contains AZ, CA, NY, or TX & A2=BOO then A3 will say TRUE or YES or something like that.

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
If you mean using conditional formatting, select A3 & in conditional formatting, new rule, use a formula & use
Excel Formula:
=A3
