IF formula with more than two conditions

I am calculating the progress of my class. I give an entrance exam and a exit exam. the difference in grades is the progress. but sometimes there is no progress. the conditions I now use are Increase and Decrease, but what if there is no progress and it remains the same No Progress. I use the formula =IF(C4>0,"Increase","Decrease") and it works fine. but I am concerned that one day.. someone will score 80 and 80 again in the final..

formula =IF(C4>0,"Increase",if(c4=0,"no progress","Decrease"))
