Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
=IF(E5>0,E5+D6,0) how can have this add and subtract
This formula means: if E5 is greater than zero, place E5+D6 in this cell (the cell the formula is in), otherwise place 0 in this cell.

The bit I've highlighted in red can be any arithmetic expression, so it could be E5+D6-F7-99, for example.

The bit I've highlighted in blue can also be any arithmetic expression, so it could be E5-D6, for example.
