If function not working !!!

Else
ActiveCell.Formula = "0.00%"

This is not working !! can anyone suggest where's the mistake?
I am getting Overflow error at the line which is in BOLD

Try below code in place of bold line:-

ActiveCell.Formula = "=(D" & i - 1 & "+D" & i & ")/(C" & i - 1 & "+C" & i & ")"
