Dear All,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" /><o:p></o:p>
I am unable to solve a scenario which is very simple in nature but is not yielding the desired result.<o:p></o:p>
I am trying to populate OK/NOT OK from the content of a cell with the help of IF function.<o:p></o:p>
If the cell contains either 0 or #N/A then the formula need to return OK else NOT OK.<o:p></o:p>
I have tried with the formula which is working fine for 0 but is not working for the #N/A .<o:p></o:p>
Could somebody help me with the corrected formula?<o:p></o:p>
The sample is as follows:-
Sheet2

<TABLE style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff; PADDING-LEFT: 2pt; PADDING-RIGHT: 2pt; FONT-FAMILY: Calibri,Arial; FONT-SIZE: 11pt" border=1 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 30px; FONT-WEIGHT: bold"><COL style="WIDTH: 64px"><COL style="WIDTH: 64px"></COLGROUP><TBODY><TR style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt; FONT-WEIGHT: bold"><TD> </TD><TD>A</TD><TD>B</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 18px"><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt">1</TD><TD>#N/A</TD><TD style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffff00">#N/A</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 18px"><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt">2</TD><TD> </TD><TD> </TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 18px"><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt">3</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: right">0</TD><TD style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffff00">OK</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
If you're using Excel 2007 or later, the following will work:
Code:
=IFERROR(IF(A1=0,"OK","Not OK"),"OK")
Hope that helps,

Try...

=IF(ISNA(A1),"OK",IF(A1=0,"OK","Not OK"))
