IF function

How would I put this in an IF function?

If J23-M23 is greater than negative 0.90 cents than it equals 0.
If J23-M23 is less than negative 0.90 cents than J23-M23.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

=IF((J23-M23) > 0.9, 0, J23-M23)

Note: Does that matter if the value is equal to .9? If it does then you would need to expand your formula creating a nested if statement.
