Hi Guys,

I have an IF function similar to the above which states wether a product is within a pricing corridor (in another column, but not important).

I want to, in another sheet, state an IF function to say that if anything in column B comes back with a 'NO', show "X", otherwise show " ".

Isit possible to have an IF function over a range, rather than a specific cell?

Thanks

Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
.. or something like

=IF(COUNTIF(B1:B100,"No"),"X","")

Thanks guys, second one worked. Something was off with the top one!
Are you sure about the second one? Have a look what happens when there are not any "No" values in the range.
