  • If the part number in column 1 has a match in column 3, then use the LIST price in column 2.
  • If there is NO match for a part number in columns 1 and 3, then use the LIST price in column 4

If you mean if there is a match in the same row, then:
=IF(A1=C1,B1,D1)
