Hello Everyone!

I have a problem writing formula to ensure user filled both columns in case he fills any of them.

lets say we have a table containing names and last names
a - name b - lastname
robertmcdonalds
stevens

And we have status summary in C1 cell.

then row 1 is correct but if a2 is filled and b2 is not then in c1 cell value we want to have a message: form not completed.

any hint on writing one formula in c1 for that?
Thank You!

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
how about using conditional formatting on Col B with =AND(ISBLANK(B1),ISTEXT(A1))?
