I have three columns that either say "On call", or "not on call". And I want to create a conditional statement that says if (U3, or V3, or W3 ="on call", then multiply Q3 by $100). I can't seem to get it to work properly. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
=IF(OR(U3="on call",V3="on call",W3="on call"),Q3*100,"")

or

=IF(COUNTIF(U3:W3,"on call"),Q3*100,"")
