if/or than function

I am trying to write a function that if cell f3 has a number then add f3+f2 and return value or if N/A then return 0. Is this possible?

Of course, maybe something like this:

=IF(ISNUMBER(F3),F3+F2,0)

Or

=IF(F3>0,F3+F2,0)
