If statement and list drop down

I want to be able to have a drop down list of 10 different items as a drop down pick list if the cell next to it says "Go Forward". However, if the cell next to it says, "No Go Forward" I want the drop down list next to the cell not show those 10 different items. I'm struggling to find a way to combine IF statements and Data validation lists. Any ideas how to go about it? Thanks!
