=IF Statement issue

I am trying to to us an IF statement to sum prices depending on what is in another column.


This is the formula I am using in Q2:


=IF(M2=2%,J2*0.98,IF(M2=13%,J2*0.87,))


and here is my data:

JKLMNOPQ
9750R2%
1260250.00R13%1096.20

<tbody>
</tbody>

It works fine on the "13%" but not the "2%"
