Hi all,

I have a formula =COUNTIF(G2:G100,"Yes"), which I need to modify to only count where, for example, value in G7 is "Yes" AND value in H7 is not "Complete". Column H has a dropdown with 5 options.

I imagine there needs to be an AND statement added somehow, just not sure.

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Try:
