If value has decimal number >=.75 round up 1 to next one, and if value has decimal number >=.25 but<.75 round to .5

I need a formula that rounds up according to the rules of the title. For example.

1.75 would round up to 2
1.74 would round down to 1.5
1.25 would round up to 1.5
1.24 would round down to 1

I would appreciate some help. Thanks!

How about
Excel Formula:
=MROUND(A2,0.5)
