IF+ VLookup - help needed

I have a list of answers on sheet two of my worksheet (A1:A60).

On the first sheet is a predesigned table for users to enter their answers. Next to each "Answer" cell is a cell in which i would like excel to automatically inout yes or no depending on the answer being correct or not. It does not matter what order the answers are entered.

Any help appreciated.

i would use a match formula. but to be honest i would prefer VBA instead. can compare easier in my mind
