I'm trying to accomplish three things within my formula and it isn't working. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) Display a message when D18 is blank
2) Return VLOOKUP value
3) Return a different message when VLOOKUP doesn't exactly match a value in my table

=IF(LEN(D18)>1,VLOOKUP(D18,Table2[#All],2,FALSE),"Blank message"),IFERROR(VLOOKUP(D18,Table2[#All],2,FALSE),"No matches message")

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
What version of Excel are you using?

I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)

How about:
Excel Formula:
=IF(D18<>"",IFERROR(VLOOKUP(D18,Table2[#All],2,FALSE),"No matches message"),"Blank message")

Thanks for that.
How about
Excel Formula:
=let(v,VLOOKUP(D18,Table2[#All],2,FALSE),if(d18="","Blank",IF(ISNA(v),"No match",v)))
